What types of products do you offer?
The Shops of Serendipity specializes in a variety of unique and fun products, including custom themed trending apparel and accessories. Our collection emphasizes comfort and quality, featuring items like the World's Softest Socks, O'Neil, Billabong and many more which are designed to provide a lasting experience for our customers.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for both in-store and online purchases. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new condition with original tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item, and a receipt is required. Please note that certain items, such as those purchased during special events, sale or promotional periods may be considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier's website. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us for assistance.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your item has left our shipping facility; liability for that item(s) transfers to that specific carrier. Undelivered, lost, stolen, etc. parcels must be brough to the attention of the specified carrier; we unfortunately are unable to replace an item do to carrier mistakes or thefts. If your tracking is marked delivered, please allow a few additional days for the item to turn up at your address. All items that ship through USPS have standard insurance coverage for each customer. You will need to contact the carrier to report and provide coverage if deemed appropriate. We are unable to contact the carrier on your behalf. A replacement item may be purchased at the standard price while you work out the coverage details with the carrier. We can be reached via info@shopsofserendipity.com with any additional questions.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping charges will be calculated based on the selected carrier and shipping speed at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly to avoid any delays.
What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@shopsofserendipity.com. We will evaluate the situation and work to resolve the issue promptly. It is important to inspect your order upon receipt to ensure that any issues are reported in a timely manner.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Exchanges and returns can be processed, but the quickest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item. Please refer to our return policy for more details on how to proceed with returns and exchanges. Please note that most "Sale" items are deemed Final Sale and unavailable for a return, however exchanges for sizes are available only if the new requested size is available.
How to begin a return or exchange?
To begin a exchange/return follow the link "view my order" on your order confirmation email, this will bring you to your customer account(you may need to provide your email and password) to access your account. Upon logging in you will see all of your orders; locate the appropriate order and follow the onscreen prompts to submit an exchange or return. Within 1 business day will we approve or decline the request. Upon approval a postage label will then be provided to affix to the package for return purposes. At this time please drop off the package to the associated shipping carrier. Upon receival and inspection of the item we will proceed with a processing a refund, credit, replacement, or exchange.
