Shipping policy

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.00(select restrictions apply). 

Shipping charges for orders under $100.00 are automatically calculated by carrier/shipping speed selected and will reflect at final checkout.  Orders placed after 12pm PST (3pm EST) on Friday will ship via customer selected mode of delivery on the following Monday.  All other orders ship with in 1-3 days from time of purchase confirmation. 

Please enter your correct/proper shipping address during the checkout process.  Once your transaction is completed you will no longer be able to edit your order(s) or shipping detail(s).  Please notify us as soon as possible at support@shopsofserendipity.com if there is an error, we will do our best to review and correct the issue before your shipment is sent out.  Any additional questions can be directed to the above email address.

Holiday Period(beginning November 15)

During peak order and delivery periods(February, July, November, December) we work diligently to process and ship all packages within or before or 1-3 day processing time.  However, it is recommended that if you are placing an order during these time periods please allow an additional 5 business days for delivery; due to increase volume with the selected carrier.  If you require a package to be delivery by a specified date please reach out to us directly via our CHAT at shopsofserendipity.com or via email at support@shopsofserendipity.com for a more definitive time frame.

Delayed, Lost, or Undeliverable Shipments

Please note once your order has been processed and has left our fulfillment center the carrier you have selected becomes responsible for your shipment.  Carrier delivery times/dates are estimates only and many not take into account increase in shipments, natural disasters, carrier operational issues, etc.  Accurate address information is important at the time of checkout to prevent shipping delays or undeliverable issues.  Lost, damaged, or delivery to wrong address will need to be reported by the consumer(receiving party) to the appropriate shipping carrier.  We are unable to process a replacement item for the above situations without written approval of coverage from the carrier in question.  Customer satisfaction is of utmost priority and we will be everything reasonable possible to resolve your issue.  If you are uncertain how to handle any of the above situations please feel free to contact us via our CHAT at shopsofserendipity.com or via email at support@shopsofserendipity.com.
