***Holiday Shipping Update***
Serendipity will continue process all online/delivery orders as quickly as possible. However, at this time we are not able to guarantee a specific arrival date for your order. We suggest that all Holiday orders be placed no later than the first week of December for attempted delivery before 12/25. Thank you for your understanding.
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.00(select restrictions apply).
Shipping charges for orders under $100.00 are automatically calculated by carrier/shipping speed selected and will reflect at final checkout. Orders placed after 12pm PST (3pm EST) on Friday will ship via customer selected mode of delivery on the following Monday. All other orders ship with in 1-3 days from time of purchase confirmation.
Note. Please enter your correct/proper shipping address during the checkout process. Once your transaction is completed you will no longer be able to edit your order(s) or shipping detail(s). Please notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is an error, we will do our best to review and correct the issue before shipment is sent out. Serendipity offers a 14-day return policy. The 14 day time period begins upon receipt of your item(s).
Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, e.g. unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, receipt or proof of purchase is required to begin the refund process.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, a return shipping label (at your expense) will be emailed to the address listed on the original order. If you choose to purchase your own shipping label instructions will be sent with the proper return department and location. Items sent back without an approved Return Authorization will not be accepted.

Holiday Exchange Policy (11/28/21-1/15/22)
Serendipity is implementing a holiday exchange/store credit window for all your gifting needs!
Purchases made between
November 28th, 2021 and January 15th, 2022
are eligible for exchange OR store credit through
January 15th, 2022
Please note that the exchange policy is secondary to our refund policy. To qualify for a refund on your purchase, the return must be made within 14 day and the funds will be returned in the form of original tender (cash/credit/debit/gift card).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the situation and work to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Select items are non returnable/refundable, this includes but not limited too, swimwear (men's or women's bathing suits), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty or hair products). Return or shipment of any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you need is to request a return and proceed with purchase of the correct item.
Upon receival and inspection of returned item we will notify you by email when/if refund will be issued to the original payment method. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember credit card/bank refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
